NEW YORK CITY, January 11, 2025 — The ballroom community turned out in full force for the St. Laurent House Ball, "Last Train to St. Laurent," held at Club Circo. Despite a last-minute venue change from Amazura due to safety concerns, the event was a resounding success, showcasing resilience and artistry at its finest.

The night began with high-energy moments, including a dazzling LSS featuring appearances by Pandora West and other ballroom luminaries.

The Legendary Runway category was elevated by a breathtaking production from Icon Warren West, setting the tone for the evening.

One of the highlights of the night was the $2,000 Female Figure Face category, which called for a recreation of an iconic look inspired by Octavia St. Laurent. Among the fierce competitors, including Leiomy, Jazelle, and others. It was Jazelle who triumphed. She dedicated her win to her late grandmother, creating a heartfelt and memorable moment.

Legendary Performance saw tensions soar as Tutu West and Hank Prodigy battled it out. Tutu emerged victorious, taking home both the trophy and cash prize.

During intermission, the St. Laurents delivered an electrifying Grand March, featuring members from around the globe. The house also announced new leadership, with Ava crowned as the new Overall Mother.

In a stunning debut, Legendary Asia revealed her new role as Overall Mother of the House of Allure. She clinched the trophy and grand prize in the Sex Siren category, solidifying her presence in her new house.

Female Figure Performance was a crowd favorite, featuring unforgettable performances by Kimyah Balenciaga and others.

However, the night’s most controversial moment came during the BQ Face category, when an upset contestant attempted to confront a judge. The situation was quickly de-escalated, ensuring the night continued smoothly.
